Moe is the newest member of the Saddle Up family. He is a 17 year old, 15’ hand, Morgan gelding. Moe rides both English and western and has also begun to do some jumping. Intermediate or Experienced riders only.
Joker is our 16 year old 15 hand quarter horse cross gelding. He will ride both English and western but prefers western. Joker was originally a ranch horse but now spends his time with Saddle up teaching beginners how to ride.
Moonshine is our 10 year old, 15’ hand, paint mare. She rides both English and western but really shines when it comes to jumping. She has shown at local schooling shows in English pleasure, Equitation, and hunter hack. Moonshine is owned by Cindy Daughters and is trained by Mollie Sipos. Experienced Riders Only!
Catie is our 19 year old quarter horse mare. She is 15’2 hands and has been with the program for multiple years. Catie has been shown at local speed shows and loves barrels. She is a wonderful horse for both the inexperienced and experienced riders.
Remi is our 16’3 hand 20 year old OTTB gelding. He was originally a race horse but now spends his days nice and slow as a therapy and lesson horse for Saddle Up. Remi is semi retired but can still be used for light work to teach beginners how to ride!
Zipper is our 17 year old appendix gelding. He is 15’1 hands and registered AQHA. Zipper has shown both western pleasure and barrels. He is owned by Mollie Sipos but is used for all of Saddle Up’s programs and is great for any level rider.
Saddle Up Riding Club
Flip is the horse that started saddle up many years ago. He is a 33 year old, 14’1 hand, spotted saddlebred gelding. Mostly retired now Flip still does his part in teaching beginners how to ride every now and then and continues to be a star in our therapy program.
Trouble is our 22 year old registered quarter horse mare. She is 15’2 hands and is an ex western show horse. In her younger years she was shown at area and state level shows, now she lives life in the slow lane. Trouble is a perfect ride for both beginner and experienced riders alike.
